Biographie
Fiammetta Di Pasquale is a PhD candidate in Linguistics at Université Côte d’Azur (UCA).
She completed her BA in Modern Literature at the University of Bologna, with a BA thesis in Sociolinguistics, and her MA in Linguistics at UCA, with a BA thesis in Dialectology.
Her research focuses on Romance linguistics and dialectology, with particular attention to lenition processes in Southern Italo-Romance varieties. Her doctoral dissertation examines the diachronic evolution of the voiced velar plosive /g/ and its double outcome in these varieties.
Alongside her doctoral work, she works as a Classical Literature teacher in secondary education and as a temporary lecturer for undergraduate courses at UCA.
